TOP TIER SERVICE ALL AROUND!!! I have lived here for almost 9 years now and I have received nothing less than excellent service from Jacob, Chad, Candice and the other staff here! They must have great pay and benefits to come in with this level of positivity and dedication every day 😊 Thanks so much 🙏🏽

This neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. It has all of those features you're looking for in a place that you want to call home. It's well landscaped, clean and it looks like the people who live there care about their neighborhood. You can tell that the management cares about their residents too.

I rated Suburban Park Apartments a year ago but didn’t leave a comment. My husband and I have been here now for almost two years and we have had a wonderful experience living here. The maintenance staff (Chad) are extremely helpful and attentive. Management (Stephanie and Jacob) go above and beyond to make sure your needs and comfort are met. This is a very nice location and we feel very safe here. I’m actually appalled by some of the negative reviews I see. This isn’t just an “apartment” for us, there is a community vibe at Suburban Park, with all of the activities held here. We plan to stay here for as long as we can. We’re very happy to call Suburban Park our home!

Lack of cleanliness or community garbage disposal. Aggressive and retaliatory behavior. Harassment and intimidation. If you like low quality maintenance that takes 2 months for a kitchen light repair or response to potential health risks, this is the place for you. The following is a Public Service Announcement……it is NOT illegal to have a law enforcement endorsed “nanny cam” monitoring your INTERIOR apartment door. In the case that you may need to defend yourself, at some point. It’s an easy way to show that someone, anyone in fact, has entered your apartment. Protect yourself please.

Only been here a few months but so far from beginning to now the office staff and maintenance crew is so nice and come when needed . They all answer any questions I've had. It's comfortable maybe a little outdated but you have everything you need. For community living it's comfortable easy living and they allow pets which a plus.
