I’ve dealt with many properties over the year, but this combination of a cheap builder, poorly run HOA, and unresponsive property management company has been the absolute worst. Builder: The construction quality was subpar from day one — uneven floors, poor insulation, plumbing and HVAC problems, and cheap finishes that started breaking within months. It’s clear they cut corners to sa ve cost, not caring about long-term quality. HOA: Instead of improving the community, the HOA has become a constant source of frustration. Communication is terrible, fees keep increasing with no visible improvements, and rules are enforced inconsistently. We LOVED touring the model with Jess and Haley! They were so knowledgeable about the community. Pricing out a home was easy and the process of purchasing was explained thoroughly. Though we went in a different direction (Less stairs for our baby under-1) we wanted to share the great experience we had! If our kids were a few years older it would have been a no-brainer!

Buying a townhome that mixes total convenience with a low-maintenance lifestyle has been such a game-changer. I get more time with my family and pups, and when I’m craving a night out, all my favorite spots are literally right outside my door. The Edge at Westchester Commons really is the perfect place to call home. I’m so excited to watch this community grow—so grateful to be a part of it!

Edge at Westchester is stunning ! I met with Michelle, and she showed me the property and I was in awe of how beautiful this home was. Michelle is amazing, her attention to detail and how well she knew everything about the home down to square footage of each room and and specifications of what was used by their design team is unmatched. She even knew the comparisons of what Style Craft offered versus competitors and I was very impressed! The master suite is unforgettable I would never leave my room, not to mention how open and bright it is with all the large windows. There’s so much to do in the community and then can take short walk home without ever having to get in the car. Go check this place out !

Update - HOA Is By Far Worse. After they asked me to reach out we have been in contact via email and phone with them for 2 months now. No Call back, No response, no Accountability.
