Brook was outstanding! I couldn't ask for a better tour guide to showcase all the new houses being built. Incredibly friendly and insightful. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer. And she consistently followed up and kept us in the loop with everything new happening in the community we were looking at. Definitely ask for her, if you want a tour!

My wife and I recently visited The Reserve at Springdale Park, and we were genuinely impressed. The townhomes are modern, beautifully designed, and make excellent use of the available space, making them feel much larger than they actually are. The community amenities were another major highlight, adding a real sense of comfort and convenience. Brooke, the agent who assisted us, was exceptional—knowledgeable, warm, and truly helped us envision ourselves living there. Although we ultimately chose another property, our experience here was outstanding. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in the market!

I don’t have anything but great things to say about EVERYONE I’ve ever had any contact with. Keegan was absolutely AMAZING. Ed assisted me even when he was no longer required. The warranty department is exceptional especially Carol. Lindsey was tons of fun and helpful and recommended fun places to visit since I was new to the RVA area. And my home I absolutely ADORE IT. I’m so glad I chose this neighborhood

Stylecraft has been incredible throughout the whole process for myself and my spouse who are first time buyers. Stephen and Carolyn were the first people we met. We happened to see the signs for the community and decided to drop by. They were super fun and personable people. We stayed for over an hour talking to them about the community and the area in general. They provided us a steller recommendation for a lender - George Mason Mortgage.We were able to pre-approved within a few days and had quickly set up an appointment with Stephen for the following weekend to go over documents and get a contract together.
