Studiohouse

I lived at Studiohouse for two amazing years, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Everything about Studiohouse exceeded my expectations, and I only moved out because I decided to live with my boyfriend—otherwise, I’d still be there. The neighbors are so friendly, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the common area quickly became a favorite hangout spot for my friends and me. A huge shoutout to Jordan and Allan—they are absolutely fantastic landlords! Communication was always smooth, and they were incredibly helpful anytime I needed anything. I’m so grateful for the time I spent there and couldn’t recommend Studiohouse more highly! It truly felt like home.

Studiohouse is one of a kind. Couldn't ask for better renting experience. Maintenance was handled very promptly and professionally. Allan and Jordan are super supportive and attentive to tenants' inquiries, questions, and needs. Great spot - I really can't recommend this place enough. The apartments are spacious and have high ceilings, and other tenants are very nice and respectful. Also a very safe and secure place - everything is managed with key fobs. 11/10 experience!

I lived here the first year they opened the complex and wish I could have stayed longer! The management was always quick to respond, kind and helpful. The apartment of course was brand new but built very well so you can’t hear much street noise or neighbors too much. The shared space downstairs and the laundry rooms were two other huge pluses. Street parking was never too difficult to find and I always felt safe in the building. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing space and quality appliances for such an affordable price. Alan and Jordan are fantastic landlords and were always quick to resolve any problems that came up. The basement gym is also great if you don’t want to pay for a gym membership!

Best place to live in the Fishtown/ New Kensington area. I lived in Studio House for almost five years. Allan and Jordan are nothing short of amazing. Any time you have a concern they are there to answer. The community is great within the space and there are always great things popping up on the bulletin board!
