Studio Park Tower & Lofts

I recently relocated to Grand Rapids and moved into Studio Park Tower. The transition from one household to another was simplified by the support of our leasing consult, Brooke, and Emilee, assistant manager, who were always available and on call to answer any and all questions. As I enter day 7 of living here, I have also developed a deep appreciation for Brad, Studio Park maintenance supervisor. Brad is incredibly responsive and has proved very quickly to me, how efficient the building is operated and maintained, and the value the property has for its residents. I feel secure in saying that Studio Park Tower is a 5 star residence that anyone would like to call their home.

The management staff have an incredible work ethic (especially Andy). Andy is a rock star! Andy is a fantastic listener, truly cares, is very kind and always helps with every opportunity. Brad (Maintenance) is superb! For every item that we had issues with, he thoroughly investigated, explained everything in detail and resolved everything with ease and very quickly. Plus.. the apartment is cute and is at a perfect location in downtown Grand Rapids.

I’ve been Studio Park’s longest-standing resident - coming up on my fifth year if you can believe it - and if I weren’t relocating to another state, I wouldn’t dream of leaving this community. Where to begin? The management team, Andy and Emilee, have been wonderful from the start. They’re highly communicative, respectful, and always willing to work with residents to meet their needs - all while organizing community events and managing the day-to-day with ease. And the maintenance team? You won’t find anyone kinder or more efficient than Bradley. Whether it’s a clogged sink or other, things are resolved quickly, often within 24–48 hours. Five stars across the board!!! the community, my unit, management & overall experience have all been perfect. This has truly been the best apartment living experience I’ve ever had.

I’ve lived at SPL for over a year and a half and I have no complaints. The unit is beautiful and modern (this is a nice change of pace compared to most other apartment complexes in West Michigan). The staff is great (maintenance and leasing). Quick to respond. They actually seem interested in taking care of their tenants. Folks will complain about the price of rent and parking; please remember it’s 2024 (nothing is cheap) and it’s downtown. The parking cost is not bad for the area. There are budget friendly units in the complex (I know because I opted for one). Before moving in, I looked at all of the complexes in West Michigan that allowed my 50 pound dog and had a washer / dryer in unit.
