These days you can’t expect good customer service but, thankfully, the ladies in this office are amazing! Such professionalism and understanding.The manager, Sylvia, was so kind and took the time to make sure we understood everything in a sticky situation She went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with our decisions. It was excellent service with a smile. I highly recommend them!

Lived at Cole Place for about 2.5 years, apartment was well prepared when I moved in and pest control came in regularly for preventative maintenance. Maintenance requests always had a quick turnaround and the maintenance workers are very friendly. I had a change in life circumstances that required me to move and they have been extremely accommodating.

I want to thank Silvia and the Struga Management for the great service. I lived at ‘The Crossing’ for 3 years and enjoyed my living. The maintenance was amazing and once they even showed up at midnight on a weekend during emergency. I really appreciate the service from the management and recommend Struga to anybody looking for an apartment in Denton.

Struga was amazing all through my lease! The ladies in the office are so sweet and very good at their jobs. I lived in one of their oldest buildings (they made sure to warn me about its age before signing) for about a year, and never had a single issue that required maintenance. The only time I actually called the maintenance was to switch some batteries in my fire alarm, which is super kind of them to offer at all. The apartment showed its age, but I was able to tour my exact unit before ever signing the lease, so I did not mind at all. I would recommend this company a million times over! Many leasing offices in Denton are predatory, so I spent a long time looking for a place to lease, and Struga was absolutely perfect.

Struga management is truly wonderful to work with. The owner is honest, kind and always treats people with respect. It’s rare to find such genuine people who care about their tenants & always do the right thing.
