I am a senior and 75 years old. It is a waste of time to speak with your manager in Stonecrest are 55+, seniors. I have written a letter, and gotten permission from my doctor to allow me to have my son be a li e in assistant to me, and plus my son wrote a letter explaining why. But I won't go into that. And it was done 2-3 minths ago, with no answer what so ever. In the past I wrote called the corporate office, and I spoke with a male representative, hoping he could help me or at least direct me to the right person which he claimed to be, and he said that he would look into the problem. He never did. I also had the same experience with a woman representative. No return call, nor did I see her, because she told me that she would be coming and visiting her at my senior place. All lies. They

Parkside apartments are going to be the downfall of this company! They are very unprofessional. They lie & they don’t answer the phone. You’re basically wasting your time applying to the property. PLEASE DONT DO IT

Change is always good. They addressed my concerns quickly. I can the difference they are bringing. I love my complex better now.

Unprofessional management company. The building I live in is managed by Strive 360 management and they're Terrible! Unprofessional management, no concern for tenants concern.
