We had a lot of questions - probably too many, as we were first time homebuyers; Desi was patient with us and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. Avoid renting from this company. They will have you sign a lease and then modify the terms as you go, adding unreasonable fees and even accusing tenants of being ‘squatters’ despite having a signed agreement. To make matters worse, they’ll relist the unit while you’re still under lease. They take time to give keys in order to continue showing the unit and making promises to others. Gabriel the realtor is rude, Desi the broker is unprofessional. Additionally, the unit comes without appliances. I would not recommend this company.

I must say, my realtor Carlos Rodriguez was always available to answer any questions, any time of the day including weekends, even after we closed in my home. He made my home buying experience low stress. Finally, Carlos has a never-ending supply of puns, which I’m very much enjoyed. Carlos, always made me feel that I’m still a priority for him. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable, and always made me sure that I understood everything about the process from day #1.
