Streets of Greenbrier Apartments

We just moved in a couple of weeks ago, Ms. Jessika helped us a lot during this process especially that this is our first time moving. She was very responsive even late nights or non working days. She was very informative and understanding to our needs. When we moved in apartment was clean, our apartment building is really quiet and built for introverts. The location is accessible to everything. Mall, shopping center, restaurants and etc. So far we’re enjoying our stay. Hoping the gym has more equipment and car wash station is working properly. But overall! Highly recommended. Kudos to Ms. Jessika!

Moved in around May. There has been a change of property management since then. The front office is awesome. Always there to help if you have questions or concerns and will go the extra mile if you need something. Since the change of management, they have hosted events and given discounts to restaurants, which did not happen before. Maintenance cares about you and takes care of requests very fast. I put in a maintenance request and not even 10 minutes later they were there to resolve it. For the area, you really can’t beat this place. Large apartments and no crime issues. There is also NO bugs issues.

I’m extremely disappointed in the living conditions here. We pay $30 every month for trash pickup, yet it’s inconsistent and recently hasn’t happened at all. Management hasn’t sent a single email explaining why. The trash compactor has been broken for weeks, and instead of fixing it, they placed overflowing trash cans in the back of the property where none of the lights work. One entire side of the property has had no lighting all year. The staff shows little concern for residents and seems to pick and choose who they want to assist. They recently had to spray because the spiders and roaches have gotten out of control. This community has gone downhill, and nothing is being done to address it.

I have lived in numerous apartment complexes over the years, some great and some not. I arrived here the middle of 2023, going out on a whim and hoping that Streets of Greenbrier was for me. Luckily, it turned out to be the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in and that's no exaggeration. From the maintenance, management, and the actual apartments themselves this place has been nothing but amazing. If you're looking for a place in the Chesapeake Greenbrier area, I highly recommend this apartment complex. I felt safe and I felt at home. Shoutout to Ray, Jessika, Cassie and Willy (also the rest of the maintenance team, sorry I can't remember your names) for being the best!

2022 to present. Apartment complex is great, don't understand all the 1 star reviews. The units and grounds, for the most part, are very clean. The maintenance staff do their best to tidy up after the residents. Maintenance requests are done relatively quickly. Parking isn't an issue like at some other complexes. Rent price is reasonable for the neighborhood we're in. Neighborhood is pet friendly, with plenty of poop bags staged around. Neighborhood is mostly working adults and families. Staff sometimes throws events for residents to gather and eat. Leasing office could probably use a good few more people, but most leasing offices are typically under staffed and doing their best.
