Strawberry Ridge Apartments

Quite pricey for being small apts. They do allow small pets which is awesome. The surrounding neighborhood is great if you have kids. Im only giving 3 stars because of the pricing, there's hardly availability, and I dont like the size of the apts for the price.

The move in process was so smooth and the office staff were great with communication. Never had an issue with responses and the apartment was clean and spacious. Any concerns we had were taken care of. Our dishwasher stopped and, in the same day, they checked it out and decided to replace it. They even put my kitchen back together. Very quiet complex and all my neighbors have been absolutely pleasant and lovely! The grounds are clean, laundry on site right off your building. and I must applaud the snow removal system they have. We have been very happy since moving here in February.

Absolutely horrible at getting back to people. My partner applied and I had to call to check on his application a week later, was told that we weren’t forgotten about, and then never heard back. I called multiple times and no one answered and I left multiple voicemails. I also emailed them about his application and no one got back to us.

We have lived at Strawberry Ridge for almost 3 years. The Office/Maintenance is super quick to respond to any calls/requests. Claire is very friendly and knowledgeable. They make updates to the the grounds every year. The landscape/flowers look better and better each year. Every year when it is time to renew our lease we ask for updates.... (painting the front door, add a screen door to the patio, new AC filters, etc.) and they came an made the updates within days. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, the pool is great, snow removal is always quick and there is always ample parking.

I have lived here almost a year. Claire and all office staff have been wonderful. Even when I changed my mind on my move in date (two or three times) to move in earlier than planned, Claire quickly accomodated. The maintenance has been amazing. My heat broke the night before Thanksgiving. My after hours, pre-holiday call was answered quickly and efficiently- someone was here fixing my heat within 15 minutes of my call. The grounds and pool are well maintained and beautiful. The email communication about everything and anything that will be occurring in the complex is just unheard of in any other place I have lived! Absolutely no complaints about anything at all. 2024 Update: I am leaving my original review for comparison. I have now been here 6 or 7 years and my feelings about the place a
