Stratford Village Apartments

The property manager was absolutely wonderful! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us! So happy to be joining this community. If the property is a reflection of the management, I’m excited to begin this journey with Stratford as my new home!

Let me tell you about Kami she was very helpful throughout the whole process… She made sure to answer all my questions on top of doing multiple tasks and never once got frustrated with me. Her attitude was very positive and as long as she’s here I will forever renew.

My experience living at Stratford Village Apartments has been overall very positive. The location is convenient and close to the university I work for, which makes day-to-day life easy. The apartment layouts are comfortable and functional, and I’ve enjoyed features like the pool and gym access. The community is generally quiet, and I’ve appreciated having good parking and friendly neighbors. Whenever I’ve had maintenance needs, they were addressed fairly quickly and with professionalism.

Regional Manager Debra is very unapproachable and does not have conflict resolution skills. I have experienced severe flooding in my apartment unit and she refuses to provide sustainable assistance with fixing the problem. Kami and Tamika have been great at advocating on my behalf to resolve the issue, however it seems it continues to be in vain. The apartment flooding is the equivalent of walking in literal splash pads or water puddles. As a result of flooding I am experiencing mildew and mold growth.

Stratford Apartments have been a joy to reside within. The staff is super friendly and works hard to meet my needs.I have been a resident for 1 year and just renewed my lease. Teresa A.
