don’t bother staying here unless you’re ready to pay 1000$+ for a mediocre at best apartment in a sketchy area. they don’t bother to keep trash off the courtyard, or fix any broken glass on the entry ways. kicking their tenants out to “repaint” when the entire apartment building needs completely redone. these are the kinds of landlords you should worry about

Reasonable pricing for rent, but don't expect your deposit back. No pets which is really unfortunate, and the doors are on the inside of the buildings which is nice. Nice courtyard. I haven't lived there in several years, but the neighbors I had were mostly cool and kept to themselves. Dishwasher, decent size bathroom, every unit with a balcony. 3 star rating because you still have to deal with the downsides of renting. Had the landlord let themselves in one time which I was not ok with. The main reason I moved out. But for the price, the apartments are decently nice.

Kicking people out to “renovate” (they’re painting the walls gray) and then charging 50 for garbage pick up and 50 for water is criminal when you’re already raising the rent 100 dollars for painted walls and maybe hardwood floors. Property manager schedules maintenance without informing the tenants so sometimes people just walk into the apartments without informing you.

Went to a scheduled showing of apartment 9 at 7pm tonight. When I arrived at 6:30pm, another lady alongside myself, was also scheduled to view apartment 9 as well. We waited for the property manager to show up until 7:15pm and went up to the apartment. We knocked on the door and the current tenant was still in the apartment and when asked where the property manager was, she said she is in Georgia and they have an on-site manager in apartment 10. We knocked on apartment 10 and no one came to the door. The nice lady in apartment 9 showed us around and she told us she was asked to move downstairs from the property manager, which was kinda odd. She also said she has only been there for a month and her rent wasn't the same price as told to her when she first moved in (huge red flags.) Maintenan
