Stratford East Apartments

Stratford East has become my home! The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The pool is always clean and refreshing (during the summer). I love hanging out in the gazebo and there are grills available if I feel like it. Its so much fun meeting the pups that my neighbors have out in the courtyard. My apartment is so amazing and maintenance is quick to respond should I need them. The new manager is so professional and understanding. He's been able to explain anything I may not understand in a way that doesn't feel disrespectful or rude. I love my home.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now and I ABSOLUTELY love it!! Maintenance is fast! Neighbors are extremely friendly and helpful! And it’s right in the middle of some of the best food in town! Management is more than welcoming and willing when it comes to being in need of any kind of assistance. I’ve never had any issues feeling unsafe, getting in contact with management, or dealing with maintenance. We love StratfordEAST. It is a very family, friendly environment. Very quiet. Everybody is respectful and all of the shopping that is around this place is ridiculous. The mall is right across the street nail salon’s restaurant all within walking distance. All of the management and front office are very understanding and very nice to work with. It’s hard to find polite people these days, but they are very down to earth and easy to talk to.

Manager, Wes McClung was who we met upon arrival at Stratford East. He was professional, respectful and informative. His kind and thoughtful manner put his property first on our list of possible residence. He's a keeper and this company is fortunate to have him.

I love StratfordEAST. I love my apartment. It’s summertime. The pool is always packed with Different families having fun and enjoying the sun. I also love the community letter because it lets you know what’s going on monthly around the apartment and in the area. I have no complaints 5 stars ✨ ⭐️ 💫
