The people in the office at eagle Creek landing apartments are so rude they don’t answer maintenance request they Act like they don’t want to be at work And overall unprofessional, they closed the office at 3 PM when their hours say open till 6 PM I tried to take my roommate off my lease they told me they did not know if I could do that or how and they said that they will talk to their boss and give me a phone call. Avoid these slumlords at all costs. This has been the worst rental experience of our lives. Tenants here have endured years of unsafe conditions and complete neglect. Mold, unsafe water, pests, and fire hazards inside the units go unresolved. The pool has been shut down by the Department of Health since 2022, the security gate has not worked in over a year and a half, and the cameras have been broken since March 2025. It is impossible to get ahold of management. Phones ring endlessly and when you finally reach someone, you’re rudely shut down or promised a call back that never happens. Strategic is one of the worst in the business. Don't be fooled by their nice website or the pitch they will give you. Below is the email recently sent to their team after almost a year of management services for a 38 unit multi-family community in Georgia. For several weeks we have been going back and forth about the closing of this account and what is needed from both our end and yours. I moved into Suncrest Apartments two months ago and was promised one unit but was given a different one upon arrival. I was also assured a move-in discount of $325 by the property manager, Sharniece, who told me multiple times she would correct my billing. Now, she has conveniently 'forgotten' about saying that I would receive that discount. Since moving in, my billing has been consistently incorrect. Despite multiple reassurances from Sharniece that my account was settled and the billing would be corrected, I have been harassed daily for a balance I do not owe. To make matters worse, they are now demanding the $325 discount back, along with a late fee, and threatening to add another $100 if I don't pay $435 within two days. HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!!! Once again, your office refuses to take responsibility for the ongoing issues at your property located at 661 NE 86 Street, Unit 3, Miami, FL 33138. It is absolutely disgraceful that a leasing office continues to ignore the fact that this property is falling apart. To anyone reading this: it’s time for the property manager to stop hiding behind a desk and face the tenants directly. It is both unprofessional and unacceptable to hold a title you clearly do not live up to. Ms. Property Manager — you clearly have no grasp of the duties your role requires. And to her supervisor — shame on you for hiring and continuing to allow someone like this to represent your company.
