I could not be happier with my new apartment address at Strata. Everything is so well set up. From the basic amenities to added features, design, furniture, space, and anything else you can think of as a homeowner, this realty project will not disappoint you at all. I have been putting up here for about 7 months now, and I am very confident when I say I couldn't hope for anything better than this. Will definitely recommend to all.

24 hours before I was scheduled to tour unit 1904 Strata then put my deposit down, they undercut 3 weeks of building a supposed rapport with the staff and property manager, Victor & rented it, without me even getting to see it, in person. Keep in mind, I'm low income, and on a housing voucher, getting a deposit together takes time. I didn't just lose an apartment, I lost the 1st real home in San Diego and a brand new start. Strata was the 10th property I toured, I'm now more than despondent, I feel just completely let down! Thanks so much, Strata and UDR. You chose $$$$ over a man who was about to sign a 16-month lease and stay awhile, with guaranteed money.
