Ms. Mulligan of Strata Realty has been wonderful to work with in my efforts to purchase a property in the Hagerstown area after my retirement and relocation from Chevy CHASE, MD. Based on our initial conversation, she identified a number of listings, worked with me on analyzing the properties and I am happy to say arrived at a successful outcome. I would highly recommend Ms. Mulligan to any interested buyer/seller.

Gabrielle did an amazing job in representing my interests in the process of the sale; she was patient but assertive when needed in dealing with a difficult situation (a HUD sale during covid). She continues to be an asset to our group in finding and recommending properties for rehab as well as being timely and efficient when it comes time to submit offers. Can not recommend her enough; very knowledgeable street by street in the Hagerstown area.

Angie is not only a personal friend she is also a fantastic realtor. I love my place. it's small, clean and CHEAP!! She was/is patient especially during the pandemic and I know that first hand. She worked with all her tenants during an extremely difficult time. Want a fair, professional and friendly realtor call Angie or her right hand person Gabby. They'll treat you well

I just called and spoke to Angie about a place I was interested in and she was not pleasant to talk to. She seemed like I was annoying her. I felt like I needed to interrogate her to get information regarding the apartment and then she was very noncommittal about scheduling a time to view it. I finally just told her I'd call back if I was interested. I won't be calling back. If that's what I'd have to deal with the whole time I'm living there then no thank you.

Unanswered emails. Ignored phone messages. An appointment to see an apartment - I drove to Hagerstown from Baltimore and the agent didn't show. My advice is- if you are looking for an apartment in Hagerstown, find someone who cares.
