It warms my heart to share my experience living at Strata East! From the very beginning, the leasing process was smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for what has been a truly wonderful living situation. What really stands out is the exceptional care and responsiveness of the maintenance team. I remember when my door lock needed attention, Jacob and Luis were absolutely fantastic – they took care of my request promptly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. Beyond the excellent service, the building itself is a joy to live in. It's always nice, neat, and tidy, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Been here since Jan and I love it, very quiet and the maintenance team is amazing. Just a few small issues and requests, but as soon as I put the request in it’s handled within a day or so. I have to add more to my review about the management team, I recently transferred and they made the process and experience so easy! They are always professional and pleasant. It’s over a year now and I haven’t had any issues, neighbors are great! I love calling this place home.

Unfortunately the parking situation even just for move in isn’t ideal. Someone from the leasing office complained that they would have to keep coming down to let us in and out of the garage and it would be a hassle. She also kept speaking trying to explain even though my 2 year old son was crying immensely from a 2 hour drive. She had no sympathy and didn’t give us a moment to just calm our son down. Move in’s are rough and let alone for a small child adjusting, I just wish there was a smoother process on their end on where we can park at least for the night and not feel like we’re a burden.

The only bad experience as of late is, the pitbull on our floor never has a leash and me having small dogs adds an extra layer of safety concerns. The Brown Doberman is aggressive so I know that can’t be a service dog or ESA animal. I just feel like some of these people can’t control their dogs and it’s a concern. Dogs that were listed as not being allowed are the exact dogs that are allowed because people lie about the breed

Top floor should be the only floor you rent. Especially if you have an upstairs neighbor who constantly stomps around their place like I do. A good portion of my income relies on recording, that is affected very negatively when my microphone picks up they're ever constant stomping. Having to wait, re-record just for more stomping to interrupt it again. I get headaches, more often than not I can't sleep because of, you guessed it, my upstairs neighbor's incessant stomping. Also helps this become a 2-star review when management outright refuses to do anything about it, not even as a mention to be a little more considerate of your downstairs neighbors. They've even said to me to not say anything to the neighbor when I brought it up to them. So just let this constant annoyance keep happening?
