My stay at Stella Apartments has been nothing short of amazing! From day one, I’ve genuinely felt taken care of and heard. Mila handled my onboarding and made everything so easy and welcoming. Any concern I brought up was fixed or taken care of right away, which gave me so much peace of mind. I feel really safe here, while still feeling like I have my own space and privacy. I also love how easy it is to just text the apartment with any questions. It makes communication feel simple and stress-free. The clubhouse and pool are such great amenities, and I actually use them all the time. The mailroom setup is another huge plus. I feel completely comfortable having packages delivered here. Strata is, by far, a dream property. My experience began seamlessly thanks to my apartment locator, Ian Bliss from Smart City, who coordinated my tour. The Strata team was remarkably quick to confirm the appointment, sets a great tone for their management style. Mila provided my tour and was absolutely lovely to work with. She navigated the property with confidence and provided thorough, reassuring answers to all of my questions and concerns. It is clear that Mila not only loves Strata but genuinely cares about the well-being of the residents who live there. The property itself is a hidden gem. Hands-down one of the best apartment complex to rent from, staff is amazing and complex is quiet. You can have all the great amenities in the world--pool, gym, dog park etc... but here's the thing, you don't live in the amenities. While the amenities are completely spot-on: coffee, pool, gym and the leasing office, you can still use varius area for physical health. Shout-out to Alexis, Chris and Edwin- who are fabulous at their jobs. Kudos to all staff at strata complex. Lovely apartment complex. Chris, at the front office, has been extremely helpful through the tour and application process. Cant wait to move in! Update: its been 2 months since I've moved in and I'm still super happy with my decision. The apartment is nice and cozy, the amenities all work great, friendly neighbors, the front office staff and Edwin and his maintenance team all work diligently with the issues that arise.
