Had an amazing tour today! The move-in process and floor plans were explained so clearly, and the apartments themselves have beautiful finishes. It’s clear this community is well-managed and high-quality. If you're looking for a new place, definitely schedule a tour here!

I lived here for 2 years. This review is not meant to disparage staff, but to provide a clear, factual caution to prospective renters. The maintenance team was excellent, and Tarah and several front desk staff members were consistently kind and professional. Unfortunately, management practices were a recurring issue. Communication was often disorganized. When I attempted to renew my lease, it took over a month and three in-person visits before I could speak with someone who could actually move the process forward. The move-out process was the most concerning issue. I completed a signed move-out walkthrough with the apartment manager, yet it was later disregarded. My son and I have lived here going on 3 years and we LOVE IT at Strada. Every lease renewal has been fair and easy to navigate. No crazy price gauging either. Whenever an issue has arose, the admin team (especially Tarah and Brenda) have been right on top of it. You can tell they true care about the resident experience. Maintenance - Stanley and Tristan - are always very prompt, professional and friendly. The neighborhood is well maintained, and neighbors have always been nice and friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

Within 2 hours after my request to take down the damaged US flag from the flag pole in front of the Leasing Office, Tristan took down the damaged flag and put up a new one. The high winds may have damaged the old flag. Thanks Tristan for your great work and showing great respect for our US Flag.

I’ve lived here for four years! The staff are very friendly + hospitable. Once I left my phone in the building and they preserved it in a safe space until I came back and claimed it. They also keep treats and beverages in the building so when I use the gym, I come out pretty refreshed with a cold bottle of water from the fridge or a cookie there! The grounds are well-maintained; cleared from debris, watered, and cut periodically (which is amazing if you have any pets). The apartments are on the pricier end, but that’s just California inflation in action. I hope they find a way to make things cheaper though. 🙏 🫶🏼 ++ Awesome washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, and gas stove. All the drawers shut quietly no matter how hard you push at it.
