Visiting Story Wesley Chapel was such a refreshing experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, intentional, and genuinely people-centered. Huge shoutout to Benjamin — he took the time to really listen, answered every question with clarity and patience, and made the entire experience feel personal instead of transactional. You can tell he truly cares about helping people find what fits their needs, not just making a sale. If you’re anywhere near Wesley Chapel and looking for great service paired with real human connection, this is absolutely worth the visit. Ask for Benjamin — you’ll be glad you did.

Our leasing assistant Benjamin gave excellent service. He will get a 10 star out of five star. Our overall introduction to our apartment was fairly poor. Didn’t seem to have been cleaned or taken care of and was not move in ready. The ceiling fans had dust buildup looked like for more than a year. Some of the lightswitch plates were dirty coming from apartment industry myself I was very dissatisfied. I don’t think they even attempted to touch up yet alone paint the apartment the baseboards were chipped the corners needed filling and painting. The windows and windowsills were dirty and the walk-in closet had dirt on the carpet. I feel when we move out, they will owe me cleaning fees. We were told that the apartment would be cleaned that day when we came home after being out of the whol

The move-in experience at Wesley Chapel Apartments was excellent! After driving all night, we arrived exhausted and had to unload our U-Haul with only three people. Benjamin from the front office stopped by and offered to help purely as a kind gesture, and he was absolutely amazing. With his help, we unloaded the U-Haul faster than I could blink. His assistance made a huge difference and gave us time to finally rest after nearly 24 hours with no sleep. We are so grateful for his kindness and support—this truly made our move-in experience outstanding!

Been living here since February 2025. There’s several issues I’ve noticed that seem to be swept under the rug. The building seems to have been constructed by a 6 year old, paper thin walls, doors that don’t shut all the way, exterior doors that get jammed shut, and sloppy building technique leading to openings for bugs to get in. Our upstairs neighbor constantly stomps around at all hours of the night, and the fire alarm goes off randomly around 2am. As others have complained, roaches and silverfish are a serious issue. We thought at first that this was just our unit until we took every cleaning measure that could be taken, even completely dumping and restocking our pantry, totaling upwards of $500 in lost food items due to roaches, all to no avail, then read reviews detailing similar issu
