An absolute waste of an entire months rent. When it was time to draft a lease agreement (basically their only job) WE HAD TO DO IT OURSELVES. As our move out day approached, they would show up with tours of people unannounced. Terrible communication, super rude, waste of money.

Avoid at all costs! Landlords and leasing agents are callous and cold. Recently filed a domestic suit against co-tenants and a landlord under this agency directly ignored a court order and continued to pursue rent, to the point of borderline harassment. Avoid the extra headache and pay a little extra for some peace of mind.

** Terribly rude service from Mark the office representative. His tone on the phone was very uninviting, sounded like he did not enjoy his job, either that or He is tired of it. The kid lacks patience! Hung up the phone during a simple inquiry about a property because he had already received an offer. Didn't make any suggestions or offer any other potential offers. ** Long story short, I would pay more to work with a different home / apt locator. Cheer up Mark! whatever issues you have should not be conveyed unto prospective clients.

Avoid - especially if "Bedrock Management" is listed as your landlord. My friends and I rented an apartment through them only to find out they would also be our landlord under “Bedrock Management.” All around, extremely unprofessional - our apartment was plagued with issues that they brushed off and it was not an enjoyable experience at all.

Really professional team with great relationships with all the landlords in the area, we were a really picky group and had a lot of trouble finding the perfect place, but in the end got one that we love, and just moved in! Thanks so much guys, will definitely be referring you!
