Stonybrook Apartments

Sadly am leaving after 10 years in 2 separate buildings. Have enjoyed my apartment and the grounds thoroughly. The pool is an added plus during hot summers and the tennis courts are here for the more active. The maintenance staff are friendly and responsive to your problems. Convenient to everything. All in all, Stonybrook Apts. are a nice place to live.

My partner and I just moved in and we feel so at home already! Our apartment is beautiful and cozy, and we’re enjoying all the fun amenities Stonybrook has to offer. Janice is warm, kind, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about everything related to Stonybrook and their property. The maintenance crew is also absolutely fantastic and super friendly. They did a great job with the renovations to our apartment. Special shout out to Maintenance supervisor Ron, he is truly amazing. We made the best decision choosing Stonybrook to be our home!

Living at Stonybrook for almost 3 years our overall experience was great. Any issues that arose were promptly taken care of. Janice and the maintenance staff were always kind and helpful. Our apartment for our growing family now of 5 was a great size for being a 2 bedroom apartment. Our kids loved playing on the playground and in the pool during the summer. The grounds were always taken care of and the DNA pet policy in place kept the grass clean which was great having very active children playing outside. Overall, we were very pleased with our time at Stonybrook.

I've resided in Stonybrook for about 2 years now and there's absolutely nothing to complain about. My apartment is beautiful, spacious, and cozy. Any issues that arise is always taken care of promptly and effectively by the amazing maintenance staff. Each and every staff member on the maintenance team has been friendly to me and never is bothered when I ask them to take their shoes off! Very respectful. Ms Janice always goes above and beyond with any needs or concerns. Her response time to any email & phone call is always prompt. Speaking for myself, being a younger tenant, she is much of a professional mother figure to me. All of the neighbors are very friendly and mindful of each other. You will never walk out of your home without a warm welcome. Stonybrook is a great place to call home!

An easy 5 stars!!! My husband and I grew our foundation here. It's peaceful, clean, and diverse. Maintenance is helpful, apartment was clean & we enjoyed walking around the peaceful complex. A beautiful home and we made beautiful memories here. You'll love it! ❤️
