Stony Ridge Apartments

I moved in July 1925 Sam from is phenomenal … Showing the apartment communicating all the information I needed, etc. Every time I see her to go into the office to pick up a package. She is always smiling and treat you like you just made her day by being in your presence…. Sam is a very solid, good person and a wonderful representative for this property It’s an older building, but extremely well maintained.. For what I pay in rent and what’s available in town I definitely feel like I won… The maintenance man ( Brad I believe) is very nice easy to get along with explain explains exactly what he’s doing for you makes you feel comfortable with him in your Apartment all in all I love it here and I have no plans on leaving anytime soon

Nice and quiet complex, I never heard my neighbors and not really any outside noise ever. Really nice office staff. Maintenance is great and problems taken care of that day or next day at the latest. I lived here 5 years and as a young female I always felt safe here.

My daughter has lived here for the last 1.5 years. They are fantastic, especially Sam in the office. She has been truly wonderful to work with! The building is older, but well maintained. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because the laundry facilities could be better. Past negative reviews seem to be related to the towing policy. There are signs everywhere about this. It is to make sure that tenants have a place to park! The office is more than willing to give out visitor hang tags, tenants only have to ask for them.

Have lived here for almost a year and I can honestly say this is a very quiet complex. You never hear your neighbors through the walls etc. No blasting music or yelling. This place is a far cry from the last place we lived. Night and day. The staff is very friendly, especially Sam the manager and Eli the maintenance person. They are very good at getting things fixed in a very timely manner when you put in a request. A very convenient location too. Close to a lot of things and more affordable than most in the NE section of the city. Did I mention Sam is pretty awesome? 😎

im happy with it. the people here are quiet and keep to themsevles. maintenance is fast. were right next to a bank sports casters bar and grill dollar general dleons they seem to keep up on the place and things look nice and clean
