Stony Creek Apartments

I just moved to Austin from California, and I couldn’t be happier with Stony Creek Apartments! Bonnie was amazing!! she got us in for a tour within a day and made the whole process super smooth. The location is fantastic, super close to downtown, with bus stops right nearby and lots of walkable spots. Maintenance is great too, always quick and helpful. You won’t regret moving here!

I’ve lived here for 6 years and I love it!! The complex is quiet and peaceful and the staff and management at the complex are kind and helpful!! They do fun activities for the residents and are super timely with maintenance requests. there is a super nice pool a little disc golf area and it’s one of the few apartment complexes that still feels like old Austin in the good way. most of my neighbors have all been here 5+ years which is always a good sign!

Moving into Stony Creek Apartments has been a seamless and positive experience. The application process and move-in were stress-free, thanks to Bonnie on the staff. She was transparent, clearly broke down all the details, and was flexible in helping me with my options. The community itself is in a great location, and everything has been excellent so far.

this apartments have a rocky background it first had a manager named Alexa who would constantly take trips to Mexico the office would be closed for weeks to which later she resigned the second manager who's named i can't remember simply because I don't care enough to remember it starter odd she wasn't professional and rude and in the end she also started doing shady things which is the reason there's new management still to each their own about renting here but will advise about making sure contracts are good there's tenets who've have live there for years and their rent increase while others decrease or stay the same.

Stony Creek is a nice little apartment complex with that South Austin feel! I have been working with Stony Creek as a vendor for many years now, and the staff are always very courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend!
