Multiple days of heating issues in our unit and multiple guys came in to fix the issue. 3rd time hest went out Bruce came by got it working again and said if this didnt work he'd be back the next day first thing to replace our thermostat. He came in while no one was home respected our place and got the job done. Hes a very nice guy intelligent and easy to work with and talk to. Bruce stepped up and deserves much respect. Thank you Bruce
The worst slumlord and the biggest dump in Millard! We moved my mother from Kentucky up here, and we unfortunately helped her find this place. Run away from here at all costs. The management NEVER answers or returns any calls, the maintenance guy Bruce doesn’t fix things, he just looks at it and says he will be back to fix it and never returns. She moved in back in March, and the air smelled stale, found that the air filter hadn’t been changed in who knows how long, and they haven’t been by to change it yet in the 8 months that she has lived there. During the Fourth of July, we overheard the maintenance guy talking to another maintenance guy about how if they weren’t high all the time, they wouldn’t be able to work. Excuse me? They deal with electrical and natural gas issues! This could hu
I do not recommend this company!!! I do not recommend Stonybrook!!! Property management isn't even located here but 3 miles away off 110th & Q and rarely if ever do they answer your calls or emails. They do not address situations in a timely manner (at least 24-48 hours) either! Their building or at least the one I live in is so run down and falling apart. Roof shingles are coming off and showing bare spots. Siding and framing is coming off. The roof leaks. There is wood rot all along doorways, windows and garage frames. The way this complex (or at least my townhome) was built was inadequate for proper heating and cooling therefore the temperature outside is that upstairs maybe worse and property management refuses to purchase window units for the summertime. A majority of the time my appl
I sure hope this place has upped its game since I lived there 10 years ago. At that time there was absolutely no parking when I came home from work at 11:00 p.m. and often had to park across the street in the subdivision. It was really unsafe for a female to be traipsing that far at night just to get to her apartment. There were vehicle break-ins, the grounds was very unkempt except for the pool area, the security lights didn't work most of the time, we could hear our neighbors TV very loud every night when trying to sleep, the laundry rooms were unsafe to be in and were filthy. People would take your laundry out of the washing machine WHILE IT WAS STILL WASHING so they could use it and put your wet laundry on the floor in the corner. We had extremely old gray carpeting in our apartment th
Ive lived in a dozen apartments or so but this is the worst one ever. Like crazy bad. The buildings fine but the management is a joke. Had a 2 month exterior remodel start at 8 am randomly one day with no notice. (Thats like midnight with my hours) Can't ever get ahold of the office and the workers didnt speak English so I had 0 information. Went over a month without being able to lock my sliding back door because the replaced the door but never put a handle on. Finally after complaining over and over they dropped off a handle for me to put on. Multiple flat tires from the nails covering the roads in and out of the complex, management doesnt care. They have tried to schedule inside work but its usually at 8 am (which is my midnight) and I dont wake up enough to let them in. So theres still
