So far management has been great on getting things fixed and whatnot. Few things left but living here so far so good Edit - they are getting me a new dish washer which is exciting they are pushing to get 5 star reviews I assume due to the most current events. However I enjoy living here and have had no issues with maintenance or management

I been here for 7 months and I paid my rent on time ; sometimes early.. my garbage disposal been broke for the last month, I been calling about pest control and the bottom of my front door is literally hanging to where I have to kinda slam my door to close it . I been calling, leaving voicemails and I keep putting in work orders yet nobody got back with me . My place literally stinks because of the disposal .. poor maintenance 🤦🏾‍♀️ I can’t wait for my lease to end ……….

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I would be going to court immediately if I came home to ALL of my belongings gone! These apartments should have double checked the apartment building/number before just tossing everything he owned! I feel so sorry for that man at a time like this. Furniture, clothing, appliances, etc. THESE ARE NOT AFFORDABLE THESE DAYS!

Throwing away a tenants belongings because you cleared out the wrong unit and offering a measly $1,000 in compensation is crazy! Telling him that he can submit an insurance claim and they would take care of it is absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this place at all costs.

Warning! This is the apparent complex that cleared out and threw away the wrong tenets belongings. Leaving an innocent man and his 2 year old daughter without any belongings. They blame a 3rd party vendor, but in the end, someone from staff should have walked and confirmed the unit.
