Stoney Ridge Apartments

I haven't ever written a positive review for an apartment complex until now! I lived in Stoney Ridge for 3 years and had a great experience. The location is very close to downtown & the highway, the staff is incredibly kind, neighbors are friendly and maintenance is skilled and quick! I was always taken care of by their staff. Dylan, Irma, Natascha, Nick, Carlos and Luis are all the best! Living in this complex felt very "at home" because of the work that they do. This is an older build, so it doesn't have all of the fancy "bells and whistles" you may get somewhere else, but it is affordable and comfortable.

The staff is amazing and down to earth. When we have had issues, they have taken care of it quickly. The buildings are older so it is well-loved, but also well-maintained! Yes, you can hear the movements from your upstairs neighbors, but I rarely hear conversations unless someone shouts. While I do wish there was a dog park, I still love walking my dog around the property because it is hilly and like a mini hike. The neighborhood behind the property is great for walking too! The location in general is awesome. We are close to an HEB and a short drive away from downtown.

The office and maintenance staff are the best part of Stoney Ridge. There’s been low staff turnover in the last several years also, so you have the ability to get to know them which helps so much. Natascha, Irma, and Dylan are always so nice and reliable in the office. Picking up packages is easy and quick, and they’re always available for any chats about issues or concerns. I’ve found them to be easy to talk to. Luis, Nick, and Carlos in maintenance are overall outstanding humans and have gone above and beyond numerous times and I’ve always felt comfortable having them in my home. Maintenance is always timely, even when issues arise on weekends or evenings. I’ve had such a great experience living here! The maintenance team is always quick to respond, super helpful, and genuinely friendly. Luis, Nick, and Carlos go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of, and they always do it with a smile. The office staff is just as amazing – Natascha, Irma, and Dylan are always welcoming, professional, and happy to help with anything I need. It really feels like they care about the community and the people living here. Big thanks to the whole team for making this a great place to call home!
