We just purchased a home in the new ST Johns Development and we are the first house finished in the development. Overall the quality is good. They were very applicable to all of our needs and wants. They truly made our home into exactly what we pictured. A super special shout out to Derek the builder. This man went above and beyond with everything he did. He responded to all of our text messages as soon as he read them, he would contact us about things with the house asking if this is what we pictured, and if anything was wrong he would address it, and even do it himself. He works day in and Day out, and I honestly couldn't be happier with going through his business. At first I thought new construction would be too expensive for me, come to find out working with StoneRidge was more affordable than buying a used home! I loved working directly with the owners, they were able to answer all my questions and resolve my issues right away. We looked at several other model homes from other companies but nothing seemed to compare to the quality StoneRidge utilizes in their construction. My wife and I are a 1000% more satisfied knowing we are living in a home that is built to last for many years to come.

Come on over to Ridgefield if you're looking for a home built by them. I'll put you in contact with 7 different owners that would NEVER EVER use this builder. Brand new town homes built in 2017 (the ones pictured in Google maps) that have been plagued by nothing but problems. It was a terrible experience from day one through the moment our warranty was up. We still have the problems, only now we have to deal it alone. This builder has no integrity, no sense of pride, no professionalism and no moral compass. We just moved in to our new home about two weeks ago and are still adjusting. So far we love it! Moving in to a new home you expect that somethings will need touching up or even replacing. It has been so nice to have Joe Gersen helping us out. He really has been excellent to work with. Regardless of what it has been, he has always responded right away and made sure we have a solution. It is much appreciated and thankful to have someone so approachable to deal with!
