Stoneridge Apartments

I moved out in February could not get ahold of anyone to turn in keys there is no office and nobody answers the phone and no way to leave a message. Fast forward to 6 months later I get a ding on my credit report they are trying to charge me 8,000$ to completely remodel the apartment!!! I had holes in my bathroom floor when I moved in and stains all over carpet and stairs were falling apart it's all on move in report. They never once contacted me about these supposed charges so now I have to hire an attorney. Absolute slum lords Terrible complex and crooks. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!

I used to live here. There was a hole in our bedroom ceiling. I told management about it and nothing happened. The hole got progressively bigger until the hole was about the size of a small plate. The ceiling started to bow and when it would rain, moldy water would come through the hole and into a bucket I had empty multiple times a day. Management continued to ignore it. I told management that I would be withholding a portion of the rent because I am unable to use one of the bedrooms due to their negligence. When we moved out, they tried to keep our security deposit. I had to send them a certified letter threatening to sue them if I did not get my deposit back. I got my deposit back a week or so later. Worst apartment complex I ever lived in.

I rented a townhouse for just under 2 years, had a horrible black mold issue, the house had been leaking for years. The onsite mgr put new tar on the roof 4 times in the 1st year of living there. the owner refused to fix it, the mgr put more tar on the roof instead and put up new drywall. really, really bad condition, the owner refuses to invest in the whole place, grounds and building, is severely neglected and run down. The owner refused to accept my reasonable accommodations request requested be the Northwest Fair Housing Alliance, as I am on disability. DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE!!

I lived here in 2007/2008. I think we first moved into #6, and it was okay... but the huge bubble in our ceiling kept leaking water. Just days before Christmas, the massive hanging bubble crashed through leaving a moldy rotten hole in our ceiling. Nothing was done so we called Krem 2 news, and they came. So finally the management moved us without charge to #13. It was just as gross. Fortunately I moved out and broke the lease. I am not surprised that this place is still in poor condition. It's a shame because this complex is in such a nice area close to trees and everything and the layout is nice. I hope that someday it will be completely renovated.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS I WOULD. DO NOT RENT HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT. The outside is covered in spider webs and ants. There are huge webs everywhere! They don't take care of any outside work. The parking lot smells of rotten garbage 24 seven! If you have a complaint about another tenant don't expect the manager to do anything about it. Just call 9-1-1. This place is not even safe. I had at least 3 tenants in the same building who's windows were broken and their apartment was raided! The buildings are not built very well so you can hear ALL your neighbors! Might I add in the summer time it gets worse with people Blaring their music so loud the whole apartment building shakes! The manager refuses to do anything about it. Save your money, live somewhere else. Don't stress yourself o
