I did apply for an apartment here but because of their two dot verification system saying my bank was not a real bank which is not true they are and i provided so many bank stubs to their two dots system and still would not accept that or my bank statement i provided! So i cancelled my application and now they are saying i owe them a deposit of 175 dollars for the apartment that i didn't move into what???When i applied to these apartments there was a code you can put in that waves your app fee.So that is what i did and also i was going to transfer from a sister property so this should not have been this hard to get into in the first place!DON'T MOVE HERE PLEASE!Besides from some other reviews that i read they have bed bugs apparently.i don't know that for sure but i was a bit scared of that

I lived here for about 3 years and the apartments are great. I chose to live in these apartments because of how spacious and open the floor plans are. Most other complexes are more expensive and claim to have spacious floorplans, but this complex more than delivers on that and that staff was absolutely phenomenal in the time that I lived there. I had only one issue with one of the managers that didn't always seem like he knew how to explain things very well, but even he was still very nice and would always try to be helpful even the maintenance guys were always very nice and helpful. The only negative thing I actually encountered while living there would be the fact that the lake would get very dirty and smelly during the warmer months and it would make walking around the trail not very p

This place is infested with bed bugs!!! Please do not move here. PLEASE. I was only able to break my lease after providing a doctor’s note that I am extremely allergic to bed bugs and sleeping there is a risk for anaphylaxis. You would think I wouldn’t need a doctors note if they relocated me like state regulations but the manger suggested I must sleep in an infestation. This was because my apartment was treated and body heat is needed to pull the bugs towards you so they cross chemicals and die. THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM. I moved in and two weeks later i was covered in bed bug bites with no where to go. I was newly 18 and they refused to reimburse me for the mattress, headboard, 200 dollar dry cleaning bill, and lease payment when i was eaten alive. I chose to move because they refused to tr

From day 1, this was a great experience and great place to live. My wife, two kids and myself lived here while our house was being built. Our home-build was delayed past the "move-out" date that I elected with the apartment. The front office allowed me to push my "move-out" date. When it was delayed again, they said that the new tenant already expected to move in, so I would not be able to delay again- BUT they tried anyway! They literally called the new tenant to see how flexible their move in date was, and successfully made it possible to push our "move-out" date, again. The time spent while living there was also great. - The apartment, obviously not brand new, was still in great condition and clearly kept-up. - The pool was never over crowded. - The walking trail was a nice bonus. - T

I lived here for about a year and a half. I enjoyed living here. Nice apartments and they are maintained well. Highly recommend if you are able to afford it. Location is great. Biggest con about living here is the jump in price of rent (which everything is going up). Another con is parking on Friday and Saturday is very tight. There's always a party or get together in one of the neigboring buildings I was in. Overall a quiet area and office management will treat you fairly as a resident.
