Stoneleigh on Spring Creek Apartments

I'm about to have a year living in these apartments and no problems at all, we live in the 3rd floor so we don't really deal with noise from neighbors, it's a very quiet zone I can barely hear anyone making noise, I wish they had more parking space that are not covered... otherwise it's a really good area and the apartments are spacious!

My experience here at Stoneleigh on Spring Creek has been pretty good. The leasing office staff have been great and my maintenance requests have been responded to in a timely manner. Lizzie and Evan were great this weekend at the fitness and wellness event. I will definitely do more community events after this one!

I move here and not even a month my place got flooded. I understand things happen and we have no control but for them not to help you on credit or move me to another unit. I have to stay due to lack of money & spend so much money on food etc. Will take legal action. all they care about is your money & got the nerves to ask me when will I pay my rent due to this situation, not being comfortable and happy. Dont recommend

Dinah in the office told my husband not to let me call because I’m “not a nice person” because they accused me of stealing their nasty washer, while she was harassing me at work. I told them to call my husband, not me. Then she started to talk over me and wouldn’t let me speak. No one ever came to fix anything in the 2 months we were there. They also tried to over charge me on payments when we first moved in and fought me on it. The neighbors above would constantly bang on their floor/our ceiling, and when the office was notified, nothing, no help in the matter. They would do it late at night past 9pm or before 5am. Dog park was always disgusting. They never cleaned the breezeways. Just overall Would not recommend.

First time we came to this apartment complex, so happy Jessica Kurien help us to the process even though she have to stay late for us just to finish the process of application. She is very helpful. I will give her 5 star. I am thankful for her. Even storming outside she wait for us to finish.
