Nice apartments. Friendly Neighbors. Personal parking spots. The grounds are well maintained and they come and Change the air conditioning return filter every 3 months.

I have lived here for over 2 years. And I am the same person that I was when I moved in back in December 2016. I try to be friendly and helpful to my neighbors. Since living here I've seen 2 property managers go for whatever the reason they where friendly and helpful. The complexes current property manager Lisa Jones Harris is AWESOME at her job. Though not living on the property, she is dedicated to seening to it that the complex is well kept inside and out, that it is safe for ALL of those that live here. She is one that does things by the book according to the way things should be done and at times this doesn't make her some of the residents favorite person, especially when it comes to having to abide by the rules and regulations of the apartment complex. I see it that as a resident her

Thanks to the outgoing property manager the place has been safe, quiet and properly maintained and it is a wonderful place to live. My neighbors are also very friendly. Going to miss you Lisa.

Toooooo expensive, there's no pool for the rates they are asking for. I recommend not to rent there👎
