Management is awesome! Denise is amazing thank you! Apartment was clean and very beautiful!!! Property is quiet I feel safe here so that's a plus! Grounds are kept up good. pool looks nice can't wait for summer

Safe and quiet community, great location and (in my opinion) reasonable price for the quality, size and condition of the apartments and amenities. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star at this time is I’ve had some issues with requests through the office (in this case a garage change), things got miscommunicated or dropped due to staff turnover a couple of times over the past year. To their credit, the current staff is handling it as best as they can and they can only do so much to rectify situations previous employees were a part of…but it can be frustrating to feel like you’re starting from square one when you follow up on a request. Again, it is what it is and they could be handling it a lot less helpfully so I have faith they will quickly return to 5 star status. They are also firm

Awesome customer service. Moving from Vegas to OKC in Feb 2026, just pray that a unit is available or can work with me with my move in date. I really want to live here. The grounds are amazing and the units are so comfortable. Update: Just starting to get moved in! Dennise is so HELPFUL and personable! Happy I moved here! This is the most peaceful place to live. I love the location, it’s central to everything, i love my beautiful little apartment, and my pool view with the sound of the fountains is so zen . Management here is wonderful- Tonia in the front office, besides being like a walking hug, is so knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I’ve ever had. and Ryan the new manager is very approachable and professional. The property is maintained nicely too, the landscapers are always busy bees and it looks beautiful. I had a small flood once in my place from a wash machine malfunction and a super nice maintenance man showed up at midnight and calmed my nerves and helped me fix and dry everything, even though it was my own machine that did it and not anything I would think was the responsibility of the

I have been in a loft here since July and have had no bad experiences at all. Quiet at night too. I look forward to coming home everyday!
