Stonehenge Apartments

I just moved in two days before Christmas. The day before Christmas the cleaning crew hadn't done a complete cleaning so I had to call the office and they sent a man named Billy right away who fixed the issues I had that day. The day after Christmas my washing machine was tripping breakers and my heater vent didn't open. They sent a maintenance man named Brian and he's awesome! He fixed all my issues and was out of my apartment in less than an hour. He even took something to the trash for me. I'm expecting a good experience here at Stonehenge. So far every time I have requested something they have taken care of it right away and they always answer the phone.

Insane..... I moved out of this apartment complex in September 2018. For some strange reason DP&L charged me for services months AFTER I moved out. Initially I paid the balance, thinking I mistakenly forgot but, after remembering I had already moved out (proof of this on my lease) I contacted the apartment complex. The apartment complex confirmed that yes I had moved out months before but, that I am responsible for paying the utility bill that they themselves ran up (no one had moved in after me) given I did not confirm with DP&L that I moved out. I did indeed advise DP&L that I had moved out and it was a mistake on DP&L's end for not changing that in their system. I forwarded proof of my SDS statement to DP&L but, they refuse to credit me back. DP&L said to have the apartment complex reim

Decent neighborhood for what it is. But whenever you have a question, might as well go up to the property managers and talk directly, because they for sure will not answer the phone at all, nor will they return a call 90 percent of the time! Lived here for over 2.5 years and they have only answered when I called once!

Yes I really appreciate how the guys pick up all the garbage and everything in the parking lot

Maintenance team explained delays and fixed issues thoroughly. Very detail oriented!
