Stonehedge

Been here 5 months now. Moved end of March 2025. I love it here. So far, no issues with maintenance, they've been quick everytime I've called them/put in an order. Neighbors are nice. No issues with any of them. Love the location. Close to my work, my son's job, freeway etc. Quickly gotten used to the trains coming & going. Steve, Lloyd are great.

The maintenance order was made on Saturday and was repaired on Monday. Thank you for the quick response.

The maintenance crew always does a great job. They usually get requests done within a few days! We were very happy to have a new thermostat and heat!! Thank you so much for taking care of that!!

We really enjoy living at Stonehenge.. we have been here 2 years an plan on staying for a while. They respond to maintenance work orders promptly, an it's Worthington school district which is what we was looking for. We are a family of 4 an there is alot of space for us to where the adults an kids can have there own privacy and we love the pool in the summer 🌞. We would definitely recommend Stonehenge to anybody looking for a place to rent.

My experience with the management has been terrible they did not disclose how bad the apartment smelled. Unit 447 on schrock road stinks so incredibly bad. The scent of cigarettes and animal urine was so strong in the basement and it made its way to the upper floors. There was an agreed upon move in date, but they contacted me the day of the move in to let me know that the apartment wasn’t ready. They did allow us to change the move in day and not charge us rent starting at the time. So, they did the bare minimum, but I still wasted my time and money and wait for them to finish the apartment. Even after a week the apartment wasn’t completely fixed and they still haven’t taken care of the smell. In the end we decided not to go with this place but we wanted to put this review as a warning to
