The apartment complex will notify you of mandatory repairs or inspections that cant be rescheduled the day before they are supposed to happen. Its a very lovely thing to come home from work to a note saying I have to find last minute accommodations for pets or that I need to move furniture around. Its very dumb that we aren't notified at all up until the day before, especially because most of these are annual things you already knew about.

Calling all masochists! If you love pain, this is the place for you. Clogged sinks? No problem! Nobody will respond, and it will take over two weeks to get something fixed, no matter how many times you put in a request. Need to talk to a manager or someone at the club house? No problem! Simply call, leave a message with the Indian call center, and expect a call back...never! Car broken into multiple times? Don't worry, it's your fault! Why would they put any kind of deterrent up? Noisy neighbors who play bass music so loud the whole apartment shakes...for months...absolutely! Simply follow every instruction they give you for months, and nothing will be done! I now know why they got the 2.9 review and that make so much sense why they got a score like this. But I've learned the lesson so hard so I wish anyone would never ever face this situation like me today. Zero If I could give. We have signed the leasing agreement from the both party by saying the move-in date is 30th July ( in 11th July). During the time I still received the post saying the move-in date is 1st Aug. In order to reassure everything I contact them with emails and phone calls. But Why I still end with here? Becuase I receveid diretcly the updated leasing agreement from the resident portal asking me to resign the 3rd version of the agreement which the moving date goes back to 1st Aug. 4 DAYS BEFORE my move-in date. Should change their name to Gaslight Apartments. You need to do better by your tenants. Will update soon and share pictures to share my experience of living here the last 3 years (unfortunately still a tenant).
