I wouldn’t recommend! These apartments are only something good to look at from the outside. The managerial staff is very poor in maintaining a property and customer service. Managerial staff will walk into your apartment without your permission even though they can simply tell you ahead of time that they’re coming they do not. The current manager just popped up unexpectedly and knocked on my door. When I told her I wasn’t expecting them to come she pushed my front door open while I was behind the door with nothing but a towel on. She came in to my house with a maintenance man behind her. She then tells me that this was her property and she will be treating my apartment as if she stay here. You can’t speak to the managerial staff about any problems that you’re having as they will overtalk y

Went in for an apartment and the workers are extremely RUDE. They had the door locked and opened it with a crack .Mind you I had an appointment scheduled for that day ..Me and my husband brought in everything that was asked for ..They never ran my husband credit but yet they ran mine and I had to call them to find out my credit wasn’t approved so they then went on to say “I sent you a co-signer “ Which was 1200 dollars WOW ..Still didn’t hear anything from the apartments..Every time I call NO ONE answers the phone.Its like they just took the application fees for nothing..Didn’t have an apartment to show either…

I usually get my lease renewal reminder 60 days ahead of time. I went last week to find out why I have not and was told that I would receive it on Aug.2, 2025. That same day that I went to ask about my lease, they sent out emails telling people to make appointments for renewals and other things online and they will have a seasonal temporary office closure during Aug 2025. Aug.2,2025 no renewal about lease so I emailed them about an appointment on Aug 4,2025 for renewal lease. I called the corporate that morning just to talk to the manager over the property mgr apartment complex about the renewal and any system changes, she did not answer. I applied and they denied me. Which is ok. But then weeks later i received a call advising me that they work with co-signers and that if i apply there i would be approved. I did and was approved instantly. Called numerous times, sent emails and left voicemails and no response back. Got a call weeks after that and when i called back again no answer!!!!! I even called from multiple numbers. And no answer!
