Process is too long to get approved. It also doesn’t matter how good or OK of a background you have, credit score or rental history final decision is up to the owner. They make you wait for 3 to 5 business days which I’ve never heard of. And judging from these reviews, I’m happy I’m not doing business with them or their owners. My Wife and I actually got approved same day for a better home so I thank God for that. I wouldn’t waste my time applying here. I would definitely read these comments before you do. His kindness, support, and excellent communication have truly impressed us. As a school located next to one of their plazas, we are incredibly grateful for their consistent support of our events. Allowing our parents to use the parking lot during our recent Halloween performance showcased their strong commitment to community support, as well as their empathy and generosity. Scammers. After an eviction (yes, an eviction, but hear me out) they "threw away" all of my belongings, furniture , electronics etc, immediately. By law they have to store it and provide me reasonable accept my things and charge me for storage, inventory, etc. They texted me and said I could have my stuff for $160. The next day, they stated it was a " full clean out" and that they trashed everything. This was just over 1 week after the eviction. They avoid my calls and texts so I called from a different number. They ended the call promptly when I informed her that the call was being recorded. I have since filed a police report for theft. I also have a statement from the marshal who physically served the eviction and locked us out stating that he saw, and even mentioned to us that we were l

We rented for 5 years starting under Covid. They didn’t paint, replace the carpet or clean prior to us moving in. We paid to have the carpets and house cleaned ourselves. Now that we moved they stuck us with cleaning, (even though we had the place professionally cleaned by a third party) and they charged us with painting the entire house. Even though it wasn’t painted when we moved in. Let’s not even talk about the water leaks and the bills we as tenants paid LVWD without reimbursement. Be mindful that your deposit will not be returned.
