I just wanted to share how much I appreciate the Vidal Rivera who fixed the issues in my apartment. He was very polite, patient, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. It was clear he really knows what he’s doing — he quickly figured out the problems and fixed everything without any hassle. It’s honestly refreshing to meet someone who treats people kindly. Really grateful for his help and great work!

I recently attended the Christmas movie night hosted by the leasing office, and I have to say, it was a fantastic evening. The cozy festive atmosphere really put everyone in the holiday spirit. What truly enhanced the experience was the array of snacks provided. The spread was generous and well-organized, with a great variety of popcorn, hot chocolate, candy cake, and festive cookies. It felt like a lot of care went into making sure everyone was well-fed and comfortable.

I’ve noticed that one of the biggest drawbacks of living in this community is the condition of the streets and common areas. The walkways, parking lots, and roadways often look untidy, with litter left unattended for long periods of time. Raccoons roam around here. We are paying trash fee every month which is not included in the rent. Clean and well-kept grounds are important not just for appearance but also for safety and overall comfort. Unfortunately, the current level of upkeep makes the complex feel neglected and less welcoming. I strongly encourage management to schedule more frequent cleaning of the streets and shared spaces. Regular maintenance, trash collection, and landscaping would go a long way toward improving the atmosphere and making residents feel more positive about where

This community was our first home in the USA, and I would like to provide honest and detailed feedback with pros and cons. Pros: 1. A lively and peaceful community with minimal traffic, yet close to the train station and city. 2. ACME, Target, and Whole Foods are within walking distance. 3. Friendly people make it great for kids to enjoy the park with many other children. 4. The community roads are very wide. Cons: 1. The apartments are quite old, leading to frequent maintenance requests. 2. Pest and rodent issues: Severe problems with rats, mice, and large roaches entering the unit day and night, especially in the kitchen and on the bed.
