Excellent and Superior service! Could not ask for better! Jessica is the only one out of many apartments requested information from who called me. After speaking with Angelica too, Angelica and Jessica are the best!

Word of advice DO NOT MOVE HERE! Although they were helpful with my move in it was down hill from there. They have a major issue with rodents and my unit had a pretty large gap where the wall should meet the bottom cabinets under the kitchen sink where rats and mice ran freely. When I reported this to management, all they did was slap a piece of contact paper over the wall which the rats ate through. “Pest control” only offered sticky traps instead of closing off where they kept entering my apartment. Also, when I moved out they refused to give my deposit back. Upon move out I received an invoice saying I’d receive my full deposit back but I never got it, instead I got emails the follow months I moved out reducing my deposit amount to half then charging me rent for the month after I was

Stayed here from 2020 until 2023 killed 19 rats and had so many roachs smh this place was the worse I would never move here or recommend nobody to move here this place is infested with rats and roachs it don’t matter how much they go in them apartments and do work they still gone have them rats chew through them walls smh this place need to be shut down completely!!!!

Angelica was very nice and moves with a purpose! She does not waste time and was very thorough in answering our questions and the application process was easy smooth and quick approval! Thank you!
