After Kevin left, the management is just not as good. They don't really respond to legitimate concerns and I feel like every time I interact with anyone, it's Christina Sprouse. She's really dropped the ball with a lot of things and doesn't seem the most knowledgeable or at least not very thoughtful. As nice as she is, she can be really tone-deaf at times and it's very frustrating. The complex is okay to live in. It's pricey and well-maintained, but there are several architectural design issues. No recycling on site - either throw everything in the trash or make runs to McIntire. Trash is communal and not everyone follows the rules with the trash, and then we all get an email or a flyer about it. There's only like one elevator per building and it's super slow. Also, makes moving very slow

The leasing office staff and the maintenance team are great! Christina, Mike, and David are very helpful and go above and beyond.

If the previous management was poor, this one is even worse. There are always things breaking at home. Specially the disposal and the bathrooms . And wait , after 2 years living here they wanted to charge us $3000 for the extra month that they promised would keep the same rate

I do not live here, but I have taken a tour. LaAsia and Christina were very friendly, professional, and helpful and the property seemed very nice.

Visiting a friend and it is beautiful and convenient to restaurants and shopping.
