I just renewed my third lease with Stonecastle, and I truly love living here! My fiancé and I are on the 3rd floor, and it’s been great. Taylor and Todd are always responsive and helpful whenever you need them. Maintenance is excellent, they get the job done right the first time, so they don’t have to come back. Every Friday is filter Friday so you always have the opportunity to get a free new filter for your AC. There are constantly food trucks out front during the evening on week days, and that has been a blast! Great for when you don’t have anything to eat and don’t feel like going anywhere. The only recurring issue we’ve had is the AC going out during the summer, but maintenance always fixes it very quickly. The community here is peaceful, and everyone I’ve met has been so kind. We

Notice how all the good ratings are from years ago and all the recent ratings are pretty negative. This neighborhood has the absolute WORST maintenance & residential staff. Unhelpful, unfriendly, and lazy. I have never once been able to call and have my call answered. I have never put in a work order and have it fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Never experienced such utter disregard in an apartment complex until I’ve lived here. I see maintenance staff sitting on their phones doing nothing, but can’t have my issues dealt with. Ever.

We looked at 2 1bdrm apartments on first floor this past saturday. Nice layout especially I liked the Ashlar 1bdrm loved the kitchen area and french doors in living room. Very nice, just the balcony is not screened in because I have 2 small dogs and just very opened. Cannot do 2nd floor due to my son on wheelchair when he comes to visit. Have to accommodate him but overall very nice. Gave 4 stars due to balcony not screened in. Thank you!

DO NOT RENT UNIT 09210. I’ve endured a nightmarish year living here and am finally moving out. The upstairs tenant paces uncontrollably from morning to night—lasting for hours at a time. Whenever they start pacing, everything in my unit shakes, and the floor have even started to creak from the constant impact. I’ve tried reaching out to both the leasing office and the tenant multiple times—nothing has changed. I literally dream about the pacing. Every morning, I’m woken up by the creaking above and the repetitive sound of drawers opening and closing. Napping or working during the day is impossible because you never know when the stomping will start again. You have to listen to their pacing even when your friends come to visit you. Probably the best apartment complex I've lived in Florida. It's kept clean, apartments have a nice design, and the residents are typically peaceful. Only issues I've had is that there have been a relatively high amount of bugs since moving in. I had to get maintenance to properly seal my balcony doors as there relatively large gaps in the doors, as well as my front door is still not sealed properly at the bottom. Walls are quite thin as well, so hopefully you get lucky with quiet neighbors. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walk around quite easily and my downstairs neighbors dogs can bark for hours on end but that's more of a tenant issue. Squirrels are actually little demons though going through everyone's trash and vents. They just chewed through my christmas lights as I update this...
