Stonebrook Senior Residences

My name is Samuel Francis. I stay in apartment 120. We had a power outage here on property a bunch of state here. Nancy the manager was here every day to make sure everything was OK. She did what she could to make sure we have water and some food. Russell make sure that the people need help he also helped me. I seen him put his truck and charge the ladies wheelchair for a couple hours. Russell and Nancy was a big help here. I’ve been in a lot of apartments and they made sure that we had what we needed. We had a bunch of people complaining about eating everything that I feel that was not right. I know that Nancy and Russell can’t say nothing to them, but I can And I appreciate that what they did here it did it to me that was a lot. Great plan for seniors to enjoy and relax without the hassle of younger generation noise. Been here for 4 years and enjoying my stay. Maintenance, Mr. R, is a great person and goes beyond to serve those in need. Myself, trying to figure out a way to serve the other elderly who might need assistant. When we work together, we can make our place of residence better. Kudos to all that the office and other do to make our stay here safe.

I've been living here for 4 years and it's not at all the same. The property grounds look terrible and the inside in the hallways are awful. For this to be a senior apartments, we are not treated as such. The so call gym is not equipped for disabled seniors. No daily activities. The manager don't make you feel like your safe here. Always problems with the gates.

Been living here 2 years. Absolutely love my apartment. It’s peaceful and quiet. The manager Nancy is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. So easy to talk to her. Glad I moved here.

Stayed there from 2020_2022 in 430 the first year was ok then things started to get lax
