Stonebridge Village Master

With the exception of the occasional giant roach outside of my door, I really enjoyed my time in this community. Beautiful, clean community. Quiet for the most part. Great area. As a nature photographer I got a daily dose of wildlife and flora. The PMs were really helpful. The area was safe. Never had any issues.

We were touring this community looking at townhomes to buy. It is gorgeous inside and the area feels so luxurious and friendly. We accidentally left our stroller in the parking lot of the club house. We returned over 24 hours later to see if it was still there and someone had nicely folded it down and put it behind the pillars of the clubhouse, out of sight. It just goes to show how nice and safe this neighborhood is, and the kind of people who live there.

This villa in general is a safe and peaceful clean place. Your administrator Mr. Garrison is very helpful, attentive and always available through the phone. He is always aware that everything is working as it should. The same can be said of his maintenance supervisor, Mr. Chantz, whom I have had the opportunity to go for help and has always been positive and helpful. The community has controlled access and surveillance cameras at the most strategic points. The villa also has a magnificent pool [with regular maintenance] and a gym with cable TV and controlled access. If we take into account that the structures of the buildings are made of concrete, and recent addition of flowers, plants and trees in all areas, I don't think you can find anything in comparison in this whole area.

Nice community. Very quiet & well maintained.

Great apartments. Reasonable pricing. There's an awesome pool with a workout room. Management was great before they changed hands. I haven't had enough time to assess the new crew. Pretty quiet neighborhood right off of 295. This complex is located directly across the street from a kids park
