Buyer beware. Bill ondeck is the worst landlord I’ve ever had. I stayed at 909 California ave, the California apartments for a year a month. He never answered his phone when I was there and severely neglected his tenants. The pipes broke on my to my bathtub a few months in so him and his Bob the builder brother Dave came in, ripped a huge hole in my bedroom wall to gain access to the pipes and never fixed the hole. I had to put my dresser in front of it to hide it. And that was only the beginning. The elevator in that building constantly brakes in the summer. I actually kept track in the month of August it was down 24 days out of the whole month. Also there is no permit in the elevator like you see in every other one I’ve been in. I don’t know if that’s legal, just putting it out there. Sk

Beware. They listed our property and never returned phone calls. We had 2 offers and the agent did not relay our responses to the buyers so they withdrew their offers. We attempted to cancel our 90 day listing and the broker changed it to 180 days. Unethical broker

Business practices are illegal and unethical. Bill Ondek is greedy, lazy, and racist. Steer clear!
