StoneBridge Crossing

Stonebridge Crossing has been an amazing place to call home this past year! Jay in the office is a rockstar, he truly goes above and beyond for residents and makes the community feel welcoming and connected. The property is clean, quiet, and surrounded by nature while still being perfectly located near everything you need. The apartments themselves have great layouts (no weird wasted space), and the rent is fair for the area! The clubhouse and pool are super nice, with a gym, pool table, and regular community events that make it easy to meet your neighbors if you want to. If I weren’t relocating, I’d happily stay here longer. Stonebridge Crossing really set the bar high for apartment living!

The apartment manager, Jay, is exceptionally helpful and caring, consistently going above and beyond to assist residents. The property itself is clean and secure, and the maintenance team is highly responsive. Based on my numerous residential experiences nationwide, I wholeheartedly recommend Stonebridge Crossing.

I resided at Stonebridge for two years (Fall 2020-2022), and very much appreciated the management, facilities, cleanliness, and neighbors...my first year there. Moved in during the pandemic, during an INSANE fire season, and the staff was fairly accommodating with the difficult move in (masked move due to smoke and COVID regs to a third floor resident was hard on everyone involved). They had holiday gifts, giveaways, and continual promotions. The grounds were consistently cared for, walkways cleaned, and facilities open to the extent possible throughout. Shortly after signing my second lease, I had a neighbor move in below me with an older model Corvette which he revved CONSTANTLY (very much tiny D energy all around with this gym bro), and had an alarm which went off NON STOP. Wasn’t my favorite experience but I got through it. For rent to be so expensive in the B building was crazy. You hear all the traffic plus I lived above the maintenance storage unit! I wish that would have been explained to me during the tour! If you ever move into these apartments do not move into building B you will be up all night! Lots of kids and random cats all over the place! I’ve literally just moved a couple streets over and now have saved $300 and the space is bigger!

I have lived here a little over a year now. I always wait to write reviews at places I've lived because commonly once you renew your year lease, things go down hill. I have nothing but positive regard for the team here. Jay clearly cares about the property which is the benefit of living in an owned/managed property vs one that hires a separate property management team. I don't think I've ever given an apartment complex 5 stars. I'm a fairly low maintenance person but with high expectations as I used to work in property management; I've seen the best and the worst of the industry. The team is responsive, clearly cares about the humans who live here, and shows this through actions vs just words. I also love the layout of my 1br. It is spacious, gets lots of light, and is generally very quiet
