Nice place, lots of different ages. Everyone seems friendly and the complex is week maintained. Lot of open spaces for kids to play and adults to walk. Location is good walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Bus route is close. Big pool an exercise room.

I have been an Owner here for many years. Lovely townhome overlooking the water & fountain and gorgeous Clubhouse and resort-style pool. FS REsidential has taken their management job very seriously.

• It’s the height of summer, yet the pool remains closed—with no reopening date in sight—robbing us of the season’s greatest joy. • At the same time, the gates are left wide-open, adding to our sense of unease. • The result is a profound disappointment: in a condominium of this size, we’re left with no safe, refreshing place to gather, relax, and cool off.

If you think about moving to Stonebridge Vistas or Commons think twice! This place is a wreck! It looks beautiful and that is it! There is no security at all, Cars are getting their windows smashed during the night, some are being stolen, and homes are being broken into—both at night while people are sleeping and during the day. And what has the condo management done? Nothing! The HOA here acts like a mafia. It's a total disgrace. They don't help the residents at all, and when something bad happens, they don’t take responsibility. Instead, they blame the residents. The gates are left open all day and night, so anyone can just walk in. Things are going from bad ro worse every day!

The HOA is always complaining about everything! My driveway fits my 3 cars but they are complaining, no grills, no bicycles, I’ve got some grad signs and guess what… they are complaining about the small sign at my front yard. This is a joke, they complain too much, they charge too much and you don’t have peace at this place. Always afraid to get your car towed, no visitors spots enough, the pool is always dirty, the landscaping always does a mess to your car… l’m looking to get away from here ASAP. I pay my bills, I follow the rules and I’m always being complained about small things. That’s a good place, but the HOA mess with it.
