Stonebridge at City Park

Been here going on two years and I will say I love the office staff. Ms. Veronica and Ms. Krysti are the best. They are very understanding and so helpful. I just wanted to highlight those two women specifically. A lot of people only write reviews when bad things happen. So thank you ladies for always being exceptional and so positive. You never know how being nice can change someones entire day.

Just move here one week and it apartment is dirty, nothing is repaired, we have old and dirty appliances, theses holes in the wall, we had no shower head couldnt even take a shower properly, the dishwasher is leaking water, and the blinds are all broken, THE APARTMENTS IS HORRIBLE WORST APARTMENTS EVER! The apartment management keeps saying they going to help and fix things, and then ghost us!! They are scamming people by showing a good home then giving us crap Think twice about moving here ! We only been here one month the smoke dector is out, our toliet is flushed we havent been able to use the bathroom for a few days now, our appliances are breaking down and my dishwasher is leaking water, 100% guarantee this is a terrible place to live, and after all of this the apartments still not he

I love the staff here! I love my apartment. The maintenance team always takes care of any issues. Veronica & Krysti are awesome & take pride in to helping out the tenants.

I have been living in these apartments for a year and half at this point and I will say that leasing agents Krysti and Veronica are a pleasure to work with and talk to. I can go to them for any and all my needs. They always are very polite, informative and helpful for whatever I need which provides me alot of confidence as a resident.

Thank goodness I read these reviews. And watch the TikTok’s about this property. They helped me from making a big mistake. Even the response from the property personnel is borderline rude and unprofessional. Like man this property looks good online but yeah hard pass on this one. Ppl do your research google reviews are here for a reason.
