Stonebridge Apartments - Metro Prime Community

Today is our 1 year anniversary of living in a 2br apartment and we don't have a single complaint about the admission process, the gorgeous grounds, the well-laid apartment, parking and rent. We feel blessed to be here. A well-deserved shout out to the manager Jill and others on her team for their support and help. Jill has always been extremely prompt in regards to email or voice mail and the maintenance team are efficient, friendly and helpful. We spent over a year searching for a new place and can honestly say we were desperate. After 3 years on the waitlist for Stonebridge, I was ecstatic when Jill called about an opening. My husband and I love it here. Granted no place is perfect, but living here is quiet, the folks living here are kind, and enjoy talking. We love walking around and meeting new people.

From what has been communicated to me, this complex is a retirement village. Very clean and the few apartments l have seen are one level, small but configured well. What l don't like about it is the price tenants pay (double than my current mortgage and my home is bigger), very hilly and they have no assigned parking spaces for tenants nor any designated parking for guests which is ridiculous as there is plenty of space where they could have accommodated areas for this. 👎👎 to whomever drew up the blueprint for this! This complex is not an assisted living so again l don't understand the rates charged to tenants. Completely understand the complex needs to upkeep the grounds, buildings, etc... but l still wouldn't put this place on my list for retirement option.

I visit an elderly friend here. This community seems adorable, clean and very accommodating for her needs. She has a two bedroom apartment with a lot of space. They also have alarms in the apartment that they can pull if there is an emergency. I'm not sure how or who responds to that but it is reassuring that there is one. If I'd have to live in a mature community, this would be it.

My mother-in-law is a resident at this complex. She was led to believe that this is a "Smoke Free" apartment complex. Yet she has been smelling cigarette smoke throughout her apartment. The management has been notified many times. If you have any health issues, avoid this place due to second hand smoke. Looking to relocate her asap
