Stonebridge Apartments

Haven't had a working pool in 3 years. One small trash can for the whole apartment complex. They need to pressure wash the walls and porch.they work with creditors so if you have past-due internet or light bills you will have to pay that before moving in it's a very money hungry place if you have a problem you can't talk to corporate so the manager is allowed to do whatever she likes I don't recommend at all

The apartment inside is nice, but I’ve had my truck vandalized, broken into, and hit in the parking lot. Not the worst place to live if u really need somewhere but wouldn’t recommend to my friends or family. Office manager is never there and doesn’t respond to emails or VM ether. Pretty unprofessional.

The worst apartments in Nashville. Please DO NOT rent from this very unprofessional management. Drug deals every night In the parking lot due to no lights in the parking lot. Crime is very high in this complex. DO NOT MOVE to the slums Stonebrook!

I Just moved in and my whole experience has been excellent! From Dionne in the office handling my application to move in everything was so smooth and worry free! To Chris in Maintenance going above and beyond to make sure the extra details were taken care of, and with a great attitude! They both seem very happy to be working here!

Just found out they toll my car off . U see i was working the night shift sitting with a client. I had a temporary tag and forgot to put it in my window. I am human and do forget things. U have my tag number so if u going to toll cars off make sure ur toll man has a list so he dont toll innocent people cars off trying to make a dollar . So if u move out here ur family members that comes and see u may walk out and their car be gone. not a great feeling when u working to feed ur kids.
